The Debut of “Your Script Produced” International script competition season 1 launched in 2019, a division of YSP Studios. The grand prize winner of each season will get produced, guaranteed. Production budget fully funded by the founder himself, Doval Bacall.
After the successful Journey of Season 1 & 2 of the International Script Competition, Mr. Bacall will focus on expanding the brand to not only develop and discover Writers & filmmakers, but also Directors, Producers, Actors, Models, AND NOW will be tapping into the music business to continue the journey of “NO TALENT LEFT BEHIND!”
Mr. Bacall is moving full speed to build a solid foundation of an empire within the entertainment industry and continue discovering and producing great talent in USA, Canada, across the globe!

Director / Producer

Filmmaker Erik White began his storied career in the early 2000’s, at the height of the music video revolution. He has directed music videos, commercials and feature films, holding a record three BET Viewers Choice Video of the Year Awards as well as an MTV Best Male video award. He created the story and directed his successful first feature film, “Lottery Ticket” starring Ice Cube, and followed that by being the creative producer/director for Ryan Murphy’s “The Glee Project”. Next came the comedy feature “The Trap”, starring Queen Latifa and Mike Epps. He is also well-established as a director of Episodic and Reality television, recently finishing up directing on the Duck Dynasty spin off, “At Home With the Robertsons”.

Erik has been the creative force behind over 250 of the most entertaining videos of the past twenty years, having worked with established artists such as Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Mary J Blige, Diddy, Christina Aguilera, Fabolous, and Ludacris, among others. He has been featured on MTV, BET, and The Oprah Show.

Between his film and TV projects, Erik also produces music and photography, is a motivational speaker for youth programs, and recently started the “E White FOUNDATION”, which helps young people find their voice through the arts.

Season 1 - Grand Prize Winner

Originally from Boston, Mass, Ted Campbell is a screenwriter and director who specializes in thoughtful, character driven thrillers. His heist thriller "Underground" has been optioned by producer Ellen Wander of Film Bridge International in partnership with Kieran Corrigan of Merlin Films. His contained, crime thriller “Blue Motel” won the Grand Prize in "Your Script Produced" International script competition. "Blue Motel" currently in Pre-production.

Ted finds inspiration in the works of the great noir writers Dashiell Hammett, Raymond Chandler and Ross MacDonald as well as his screenwriting idols Scott Frank, Shane Black, Tony Gilroy and Richard Wenk.

A twenty year veteran of the film industry, Ted has worked as a First Assistant Director on over fifty independent feature films including Dwight Little’s “Last Rampage”, Lea Thompson’s “The Year of Spectacular Men” and Wash Westmoreland and Richard Glatzer’s Sundance award-winner "Quinceañera.”

Ted’s ultimate career goal is to one day write a line of dialogue as infamous and beloved as “Go ahead. Make my day,” “I’m the one who knocks,” or “Yipee-ki-yay, motherf*cker.”

Bruno Chatelin Graduated from HEC MBA spent 10 years with international Ad Agencies (JWT, Masius and Publicis), became film distributor (Sony then UGC FOX) launching about 250 films for majors as marketing director for Columbia TriStar then managing director for UGC FOX which he merged). He was recognized as an innovative marketing expert and named by film Français as one of the film personalities when he merged UGC (leading theatre chain) with Fox. He went on to become an Internet entrepreneur and co-founded several companies including filmfestivals.com that became the international leader in the festival news, a partner of major festivals. He contributed to the business development of an audiovisual studio center in Cherbourg led by Eicar group of film schools. He runs a film consulting boutique where he specializes on film marketing and international festival strategies and Market presentations (Cannes, Berlin and AFM) and serves as COO of filmfestivals while curating the Best for Fests section

Brian Mckissick

Brian Mckissick

Story Board Artist / Producer

Brian McKissick is owner and CEO of Backstory
Entertainment, Inc. He works with a team of associates to
produce film, television and multimedia projects for
advertising agencies. production studios an independent
filmmakers. He is also an Addy Award-winning creative
director/art director/producer and illustrator.

His storyboard work on such films
and series as The Last Full Measure, Shaft, Den of
Thieves, The Watchman, Raising Dion and several of a
series of Dolly Parton stories for Netflix.

With his business partner, Stuart Lowder, he is developing
a series a projects in which they serve as producers, as
well as creative directors.

Mckissick has a keen cinematic eye and a powerful
shrewdness for entrepreneurial ventures. He works with
writers, producers, VFX producers, directors,
cinematographers and editors in all aspects of
productions, from beginning to end.

For more than 35 years he has worked with creative
teams to produce concepts for branding, storyboards,
story reels, animatics, title designs, previs, VFX shots and
practical shots, music, editing, casting, etc. His cinematic
style is so strong that directors have often taken his vision
as their final shooting boards for more than $2 billion in
campaigns and films.

Rebecca Ek

Talent Manager / Literary Agent

Rebecca Ek got her start in the business as a talent manager. She was inspired to do so after her son began his acting career. It was her strong head for business and ability to spot talent that made her Talent management company a success. She owned and operated FHL Entertainment for 3 years. She joined Eris Talent Agency soon after it’s launch and she is one the original partners. To date, Rebecca has launched the careers of many actors and continues to be recognized in the industry as a powerhouse agent.

Al Maddin

Al Maddin, exploded onto the scene as an urban promotions representative for major and indie record labels such as MCA, JMJ / Def Jam, Relativity, and Suave House Records. He has worked with such artists as New Edition, GUY, Mary J. Blige, 8 Ball & MJG, Fat Joe, RUN DMC and Jam Master Jay. Along with the late great Jam Master Jay, they began developing new artists such as 50 Cent.

Maddin has done urban marketing across the country for film giants Lions Gate, Foxatomic, Paramount, and Tyler Perry Films. After solidifying his mark in the music and entertainment industry, he began producing and managing.

In 2004, Al Maddin produced and served as music supervisor on his first film entitled "Forbidden Fruits" directed by Marc Cayce. The film was released to DVD in July of 2005. Since his first film he has continue to produce and music supervisor for several indie films.

Tina Contogenis has been in the industry for over 4 decades. She graduated from SDSU with an emphasis in telecommunications and film. She immediately went on to work for a well-known company in the world of television production. Later, Tina changed her focus to film producing and music management, and then ultimately landed as a talent manager. After launching the careers of several young talent, Tina switched to agenting. In 2017, Tina founded Eris Talent Agency which now represents over 1200 clients with offices around the globe. Tina is a voting member of the Television Academy

Producer / International Actress / Advocate / Humanitarian

Sheila is focus on projects with social impact and social change. Shah also serves as an Ambassador for the March of Dimes of Canada. She is a member of the Global Advisory Council and an Advocate and Ambassador for CARE to help fight poverty by empowering women and girls. Sheila is a strong advocate and an ambassador of White Ribbon USA and White Ribbon Canada. She is producing a short film "Reunited" to advocate for the legislative change of the Hague Convention on the civil aspects of International Child Abduction in the US and in Hague in Domestic violence aspects.

Sheila earned a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, a Post Graduate Degree in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, and subsequently worked in the pharmaceutical industry in both Toronto and Miami. While in Los Angeles, she fulfilled another passion of hers, graduating with an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Tim Abell

An exciting, eclectic actor, Tim Abell is a man of his own making and when that making includes teaching ballroom dancing, horse training, writing, cooking, acting, producing and being a US Army Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment, you can see it is a formidable combination.

Early on, after a series of low-budget films and many theatre projects, his break came, when April Webster recommended that Jerry Bruckheimer cast him in Soldier of Fortune as Benny Ray Riddle, a former Marine scout/sniper recruited by the Pentagon to work as part of a covert team. The syndicated series ran for two seasons. Then followed a series of films that made much of Tim's military experiences, including The Base, where he starred opposite Mark Dacascos in a performance that had him compared to a young Willem Dafoe, and The Substitute: Failure Is Not an Option which also starred Treat Williams and Bill Nunn.

With over 30 years of experience managing creative functions in film, animation, and
visual effects production, Stuart is well known for building and managing highly
productive and creative teams.

Starting as an animator in the '80s, Stuart worked on Fox's TV series Peter Pan and the
Pirates. In the '90s, he became an Art Director for Broderbund Software, where he
oversaw the design and development teams for Where is in the World is Carmen
San Diego and was instrumental in establishing Broderbund's entertainment division Red
Orb.

Working at Lucasfilm's ILM from 1998 until 2006, Stuart designed artist and animation
teams for more than 30 feature films, including Star Wars, Harry Potter, and Pirates of
the Caribbean.

While at Sydney, Australia's Animal Logic, Stuart was the Animation Production
Manager for the Academy Award-winning animated film Happy Feet. Since that time,
he has worked on: Where the Wild Things Are, Escape from Planet Earth, SCOOB
(Scooby Doo's first fully animated feature film), as well as the development of Space
Jam 2 and Tom and Jerry for Warner Bros. Animation Group.

Most recently, Stuart has been working with Backstory Entertainment in Atlanta on the
development of a hybrid animation / live-action film entitled Believe.

Coming from a business and legal background, Martina Williams is a Los Angeles based literary manager with Emagine Content. She has an entrepreneurial spirit with a creative mind and represents like-minded writers of all genres.

Martina is looking for thought provoking stories with an engaging narrative, great character development, and captivating dialogue. She enjoys reading and will consider Comedy, Drama, Adventure, Sci-fi, Horror, and Thriller scripts.

After a nine year hiatus (during which time he appeared in some feature and short films), Tim Lounibos returned to acting on television. In his first year back, he played a wrestling ref on The Real O'Neals, a detective on Doubt, a conflicted father in No Spring Without Winter, and recurred as a therapist on The Young and the Restless. The following year, he appeared in A.P. Bio and Criminal Minds and in 2019 had guest-starring gigs as, respectively, a Southern police chief on NCIS, a distraught father on Hawaii Five-0, and, in a recurring role, as C.I.U. investigator Ed Sung ("armed with patrol cop instincts and level-headed humor") on Bosch. Last year, he guest starred as Judge Anthony Sorrentino on NCIS: Los Angeles.

Lounibos enjoys script and playwrighting and has had two plays produced in Los Angeles. He's truly excited to see big and small screens representing society at large and is looking forward to continually being a part of this refreshing change in today's entertainment industry.

Michael Grais

Michael Grais has written and produced movies of domestic and international acclaim, whose gross revenues have exceeded five hundred million dollars. He has written everything from romantic comedies to action thrillers for seven Academy Award winning producers & directors.

From his association with Steven Spielberg, Grais co-wrote the mega-hit POLTERGEIST. This hugely successful film guaranteed a sequel, POLTERGEIST II, which Grais wrote and produced. In 2015, his screenplay for POLTERGEIST was remade into a hit for MGM.

Grais produced another box office hit, Stephen King's SLEEPWALKERS for Columbia Pictures, and co-wrote COOL WORLD starring Brad Pitt, Kim Basinger, and Gabriel Byrne with director Ralph Bakshi for Paramount Pictures.

Michael wrote and executive produced a limited series VISITORS FROM THE UNKNOWN for CBS and executive produced the film GREAT BALLS OF FIRE, starring Dennis Quaid, Alec Baldwin and Winona Ryder for Orion Pictures. He then co-wrote, produced, and financed the successful MARKED FOR DEATH with Steven Seagal for 20th Century Fox.

In Television, Michael executive produced WHO KILLED ATLANTA'S CHILDREN, the highest rated movie of that year for Showtime. He was also show runner in episodic television on the syndicated series, THE IMMORTAL, a supernatural one-hour action skein that shot in British Columbia and Prague.

With over a decade of experience in film, television, and digital production, Liz has vast experience working within a wide range of budgets and mediums, bringing extensive knowledge in all facets of the industry. Liz produced Snapchat’s original series, “Dead Girls Detective Agency” which received over 7 million unique views in its first five days, the Emmy nominated Netflix special “Sarah Silverman: A Speck of Dust,” and several Indie feature films including “30 Nights of Sex to Save Your Marriage” which is currently streaming on Amazon. Liz received a master’s degree from Emerson College in Visual and Media Arts and serves as a board member on the Emerson LA alumni committee. Prior to Graduate School, she got her bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst double majoring in Communications and English. A Boston native, Liz is a die-hard Boston sports fan. When she isn’t watching a game you can find her playing lacrosse on the post-collegiate women’s team she manages or coaching at Culver City Middle School.

Best known for producing on AMC's global sensation Into The Badlands and MTV's smash hit The Shannara Chronicles both currently available on Netflix . Alongside establishing herself as an accomplished film and television producer, specializing in international production, she has built her career through work in theatre production, big live events, live broadcast television, music videos and frameless media (VR/AR). Always searching for order in chaos she has spent many years consulting, mentoring and sitting as a juror on script competitions and art councils.

Ben Phelps

Ben Phelps started working in PR before migrating working for a boutique management company representing actors, writers, and influencers. Ben went on to launch Emagine Content in 2018 with the intention of the company developing and producing diverse content for television and film. He has a background in sales, script coverage, and digital marketing.
